I am science #teacher in government school. During our co curricular class our school invited ₹₹naturopath Dr Batra for a talk.Â
Dr Batra asked students “what activities you #carry out in your day to day #life to reduce your #stress or to make yourself #happy“.One student said” Madam I listen to #music, and I take care of my #sleeping hours(8-10). Dr Batra said”These activities keep your hormone #dopamine active and this makes you #motivated and focused. “
Other student said”madam, I do physical #exercise every day in morning and sometimes I do participate in group #meditation. Dr said”these activities make your hormone #edrophine active. “
Another student said”madam I share meals with my #loved one’s (friends, brother, sister and grand parents) “Dr said ” These activities you are making your hormone #oxytocin active. “
Another student said “madam I express my gratitude to each one who helps me in one way or other in life. Some times I do #eco walk also”.Dr said” These activities make your hormone #serotonin active.Â
In the end our principal thanked Dr. for wonder ful talk and requested students to carry out activities suggested by Dr Batra to make #nature blessings given to you in form of #hormones active.Â
Moral- following #naturopathy recommendations can save one from #hormone therapy.Â
