These Terms of Service(“Terms of Service“, “Terms“, or “Terms of Use“) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Milyin (“Milyin“, “Company“, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the milyin.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). The user-generated content at Milyin will be referred to as “Creations” or “Content“.
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE, AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY. BESIDES, BY VISITING THIS SITE, YOU ALREADY ACCEPT ALL OTHER POLICIES MENTIONED ON OUR POLICY PAGE.
By visiting our website or using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

Using our Services
By signing up, you assure that your age at the registration time is over 13 years; you have to follow any policies made available to you within the Services. If your age currently is less than 18 years, you are required to have proper supervision and permission from your legal guardian for using Milyin until you are 18 years old.
Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos in our Services. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications. Though some relevant communications are compulsory
The majority of our Services are available on mobile devices. Do not use such Services in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
Your Milyin Account
You may need a Milyin Account to use some of our Services. You may create your own Milyin Account or your Milyin Account may be assigned to you by an administrator, such as your employer or educational institution. If you are using a Milyin Account posted to you by an administrator, different or additional terms may apply, and your administrator may be able to access or disable your Account.
To protect your Milyin Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity on or through your Milyin Account. Try not to reuse your Milyin Account password on third-party applications. If you learn of unauthorized use of your password or Milyin account, reset your password immediately. We are not responsible for the misuse of your password. As an account holder, you are solely responsible for any activity happening with your account.
Regardless of whether you own an account or not, you are responsible for each and every activity done in your name. And you warrant to follow the following:
(1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
(2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary;
(3) You have the legal capacity, and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use;
(4) You are not under the age of 13;
(5) You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if you are a child, you have received parental permission to use the Site;
(6) You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise;
(7) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and
(8) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
As a dignified and respected user of the Site, it’s your responsibility to follow the below guidelines to ensure better well-being and growth of Milyin and Site.
As a user of the Site, you agree NOT to:
Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
Trick, defraud, or mislead other users and us, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site and/or the Content contained therein.
Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Site.
Use any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
Use the Site in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
Use the Site to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Site or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Site.
Engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Site to you.
Except as may be the result of the standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including, without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Site, or using or launching any unauthorized script or other software.
Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.
Make any unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails, or creating user accounts by automated means or under pretenses.
Use the Site as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Site and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
Modifications
Milyin has all the rights to modify, change, ban or take any action with your Account or anything related to your Account, like your Creations or Comments, temporarily or permanently; this is done to prevent any Copyright violations or any culturally, traditional or ethically inappropriate content, and Milyin can do this without any prior information, though we try not to take any sudden action without prior notification. Also, we retain the complete right to take actions as we deem necessary. We are not required to explain any such actions to you.
Privacy and Copyright Protection
Milyin’s Privacy Policies explain how we treat your data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree that Milyin can use such data by our Privacy Policies.
While most of your data, including personal information and Creations are secure. Your chats at Milyin are not secure. We do NOT encrypt your chats with Milyin or other Creators. Though, we never read them either. You are recommended not to have any private/sensitive talk using Milyin Chat.
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and Accounts of repeat infringes. We have all rights to act on such violations without prior notice.
We provide information to help copyright holders manage their intellectual property online. If you think somebody is violating your copyrights and want to notify us, you can find information about submitting notices and Milyin’s policy about responding to notices in our Help Center.
Your Creations in our Services
Some of our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.
When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give Milyin (and those we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our Services. Some Services may offer you ways to access and remove content that has been provided to that Service. Also, in some of our Services, some terms or settings narrow the scope of our use of the content submitted in those Services. Ensure you have the rights to grant us this license for any content you submit to our Services.
If you have a Milyin Account, we may display your Profile name, Profile photo, and actions you take on Milyin or on third-party applications connected to your Milyin Account, in our Services, including displaying in ads and other commercial contexts. We will respect the choices you make to limit sharing or visibility settings in your Milyin Account. For example, you can choose your settings so your name and photo do not appear in an ad. We have all rights to moderate your comments or delete them without prior notice upon finding content that is against the public interest. Also, Milyin can post ads on your Creations. Though we try to keep ads relevant as possible, we don’t guarantee their authenticity.

About Software in our Services
Milyin does not have any download software at present, but Milyin, in future, can have services that require or include downloadable software; this software may update automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. Some Services may let you adjust your automatic update settings.
Milyin gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by Milyin as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Milyin in the manner permitted by these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the software’s source code, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission.
Open-source software is important to us. Some software used in our Services may be offered under an open-source license that we will make available to you. There may be provisions in the open-source license that expressly override some of these terms.
SOCIAL MEDIA
As part of the functionality of the Site, you may link your account with online accounts you have with third-party service providers (each such account, a “Third-Party Account”) by either: (1) providing your Third-Party Account login information through the Site; or (2) allowing us to access your Third-Party Account, as is permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third-Party Account. You represent and warrant that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to us and/or grant us access to your Third-Party Account, without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Account, and without obligating us to pay any fees or making us subject to any usage limitations imposed by the third-party service provider of the Third-Party Account.
By granting us access to any Third-Party Accounts, you understand that (1) we may access, make available, and store (if applicable) any content that you have provided to and stored in your Third-Party Account (the “Social Network Content”) so that it is available on and through the Site via your account, including without limitation any friend lists and (2) we may submit to and receive from your Third-Party Account additional information to the extent you are notified when you link your account with the Third-Party Account. Depending on the Third-Party Accounts you choose and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third-Party Accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your Third-Party Accounts may be available on and through your account on the Site.
Please note that if a Third-Party Account or associated service becomes unavailable or our access to such Third Party Account is terminated by the third-party service provider, then Social Network Content may no longer be available on and through the Site. You can disable the connection between your account on the Site and your Third-Party Accounts at any time. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. We make no effort to review any Social Network Content for any purpose, including but not limited to accuracy, legality, or non-infringement, and we are not responsible for any Social Network Content.
You acknowledge and agree that we may access your email address book associated with a Third-Party Account and your contacts list stored on your mobile device or tablet computer solely to identify and inform you of those contacts who have also registered to use the Site. You can deactivate the connection between the Site and your Third-Party Account by contacting us using the contact information below or through your account settings (if applicable). We will attempt to delete any information stored on our servers obtained through such Third-Party Account, except the username and profile picture associated with your account.
Modifying and Terminating our Services
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features and suspend or stop a Service altogether.
You can stop using our Services anytime, although we’ll be sorry to see you go. Milyin may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Service anytime.
We believe that you own your data, and preserving your access to such data is essential. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to get information out of that Service.
Our Warranties and Disclaimers
We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care, and we hope you will enjoy using them. But there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services.
Other than as expressly set out in these terms or additional terms, neither Milyin nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises about the Services. For example, we don’t make any commitments about the content within the Services, the specific functions of the Services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. We provide the Services “as is”.
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties.
Liability for our Services
When permitted by law, Milyin, and Milyin’s suppliers and distributors, will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Milyin, and its suppliers and distributors, for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the Services again).
In all cases, Milyin, and its suppliers and distributors, will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.
We recognize that you might have legal rights as a consumer in some countries. If you are using the Services for a personal purpose, then nothing in these terms or any additional terms limits any consumer legal rights, which may not be waived by contract.
Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Milyin and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
We allow advertisers to display their advertisements and other information in certain areas of the Site, such as between paragraphs of Milyin Creations(“Creations”). If you are an advertiser, you shall take full responsibility for any advertisements you place on the Site and any services provided or products sold through those advertisements. Further, as an advertiser, you warrant and represent that you possess all rights and authority to place advertisements on the Site, including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, publicity rights, and contractual rights. We provide the space to place such advertisements and have no other relationship with advertisers.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or our Services. You should look at the times regularly. We’ll post notice of modifications to these terms on this page. We’ll post information on modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will not apply retroactively and become effective no sooner than fourteen days after posting them. However, changes addressing new functions for a Service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service.
If there is a conflict between these and the additional terms, the other terms will control that conflict. These terms control the relationship between Milyin and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
If you do not comply with these terms and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future). If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
