Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by Milyin.
By using our Services, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.
Using our Services
By signing up, you assure that your age at the time of registration is more than 18 years and you do not belong to European Union. You have to follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
You shall have to agree with any policy updates that happen in future. This means whenever may ‘Terms Of Service’, ‘Creation Policy’ or ‘Privacy Policy’ gets updated you shall be always have to agree with them. Creation Policy
Policy
Milyin is devoted to bring up great ‘Content Creators’ or ‘CC’ to Milyin to make ‘Creations’ which are their creative ideas, thoughts and believes that they want to bring to world.
For a better Creation experience we have created this Policy.
Payments
Milyin is a Content Creation platform for anyone who wants to peruse their love. For ensuring you can follow your love, we pay for your posts, Milyin would be paying you as following milestones, and are only applicable to content in Creations you own
$1 per every 1000 Views
$0.4 per every 1000 comments
$0.2 per every 1000 images used in creations
$0.2 per every 1000 words written
Each of the above milestone are for total of creations. These can be over ridden in case some contest is going on, we inform you about contests via emails. Also if any Creation is taken down by Milyin due to inappropriate content, then it shall not be counted in views.
Milyin would send a payment claim after every $10, via email each time you cross threshold of 1,000 views through which you can claim your payments.
Content Ethics
Milyin wants you to follow some Ethics when you write, when creating Creations you cannot abuse any person, or group. You are not supposed to use Abusive words of any form.
You can question a person you can criticize him, but you cannot defame the person, institute, body, country, or matter, in terms of his religion, region, language, culture, traditions etc. This is done to ensure that no personal attacks happen on a person. Milyin would not allow sexually implicit content over Milyin
We do allow you to criticize a person for ones deeds or his works, but not defame a person or institution.
We have systems to allow anyone to report inappropriate content, whereby at bottom of all Creations there is a button for Report Content at bottom of all creations, you can press it and fill the form for reporting, your details shall not be shared by the creator and you shall not be further questions. If upon investigation we find Content inappropriate we can take down the creation from Milyin. Also we ourselves also try to monitor the Content Ethics.
