I am science teacher in government school
Our School conducts test weekly, #exams mothly, half yearly -annually,
For students of class each
Some students do meet failure,
In some test/ examination in subjects different,
To their own children are rude, Some parents for this reason,
Parents please do teach children that #failure is a part of life,
Everyone can’t be ‘#genius,
Everyone can’t become a leader,
Being #average is absolutely fine.
School and parents both should collectively work that student,
Average accept his/her failure with grace,
Then there will be many #positives in society we creat.
On the other hand ,
If one is genius,
wholeheartedly he /she accept, Others; then in general there won’t,
Be feelings of #inferiority, in society we #creat.
We(parents+school)must educate ,
Our children to be happy, Instead of being #rich?
So that in process of growth ,
They should be able to adapt ,
To circumstances painful – difficult.
We must let our next generation understand,
That life in this world is not smooth or roses #bed,
There is possibility one may be #harassed,
Not treated well even at the workplace,
Children must learn to fight for their own right,
They must raise voice against,
If injustice prevailed,
Sitting quietly and feeling #depressed,
Is not solution to lead life good.
Never compare children at school/home,
They are not here to be in the #rat race,
They are here to #celebrate life,
Every moment with grace,
The only skill they have,
To work on is to overcome,
The bad #phase of life,
with courage and act wise.

More compassionate, calm and composed,
Make our new #generation great.
