2)WHEN WE WORRY OUR MINDS JUMP EVERYWHERE &WE LOSS THE POWER OF DECISION.

3)YOU DO NOT GET  STOMACH ULCERS FROM WHAT YOU EAT, YOU GET ULCERS FROM WHAT IS EATING YOU.
::This is a very meaningful thing if you understand. Our worries and problems are not as big as we make them bigger by thinking about them in our mind.
The whole game is just about thoughts. The more positive or happy you feel, the more you will be able to enjoy a happy healthy lifestyle. No matter how big the problem is, if your mindset is right then every problem will prove to be a blessing for you.
Or if you are not mentally strong then it will affect your life, health, relationship, work everywhere or slowly this worry will make you hollow by walking or springing.

4)KEEP BUSY SO THERE IS NO TIME FOR WORRY.
Whenever negative thoughts or worries overtake you, engage your mind or body in something productive like working out, book reading, yoga, or go on a walk, or follow your hobbies.
Gradually this will become your good habit or your life will change miraculously.

5) KNOWLEDGE ISN’T POWER UNTIL IT IS APPLIED.
 Implementation is very important. Whatever you learn, start applying it in your life. Small steps will one day take you up the ladder of success.

6)OUR LIFE IS WHAT OUR THOUGHTS MAKE IT.
You must have heard this saying that what we think becomes what we become.
From today onwards we will be careful and think better,think positive.

7)NO ONE CAN DISTURB OR HUMILIATE US EITHER UNLESS WE LET HIM.
