I would change the hashtag search back so you could search everything going back years instead of the most popular recent ones. In terms of mental health, maybe staying up too late watching reels, but if any app messes with your mental health, stop using it. The stuff I look at usually gives me a positive or inspirational feeling or just makes me laugh.

Yes, some weeks before but I’m slowly trying to not let it get to me.

Yes, it makes me angry. It depresses me it makes me feel like I’m losing hope it is destroyed my business I get no reach. The algorithms are a joke. Customer support the laugh you people have ruined Instagram and Facebook or skews me meta-and you deserve to be sued, like all the states are doing right now put it back the way it was with hashtags that mean something it actually take you where do you want to go fix the algorithms stopped addicting teenagers and 11 cries out there being sexually harassed do something about it

I wish there was an option where you don’t have to constantly post reels or carousels just to grow your account. So many IG gurus, with no qualifications in marketing, are consistently trying to force people to show up and post reels. I’m down with a severe illness at the moment and knowing that my growth will likely decline just because of my recent hospitalisation is making me think twice about my job in marketing. Like IG needs to chill. It’s not sustainable for people to be posting every single damn day, 3x a day for stories, posts and reels combined and not burn out. I see gurus advocating for this kind of lifestyle and honestly I’m disgusted

The instagram comment section is atrocious. They do a horrible job at cracking down on harassment and bullying. I reported it many times and I’ll get a message saying it doesn’t go against community guidelines . It’s just a survey….
