I am science teacher in government school. Other day I met my female student Suman at birthday party.
Suman was one of very #energetic brilliant student of my class. But I was sad to find her in very low #energy levels that day. I wanted to share my feelings with Suman at a party. Unfortunately I could not do so.I went to house from birthday party with uneasy #heart. After reaching home I rang up Suman and asked” how come she has so low #energy levels.”
Suman said “I have joined job in new company. Somehow vice president of company is not happy with my #selection. Rolling stories tell me, boss had some other candidate in mind. Therefore vice president of company finds fault with my work. I am very much #disturbed.”
I said “Suman please #write down your thoughts when you feel stressed or #anxious. Believe it or not, you’ll be able to focus on your work more easily because you have now shared your thoughts and #realised your feelings.”
My student Suman accepted my #suggestion. Few days back Suman called me and said ” madam your suggestion I have #implimented. I am getting #positive results.”
I was so so happy for dear Suman. My respected student is gaining her #confidence back. It was such a pleasure for me to hear good news about my #student.
Moral-Writing down your thoughts and feeling in stressed conditions help one in facing the same.
