Our school had very good and supporting staff.Mr #Munna Lal was in #security staff.
He had many good #stories to his credit.Mr Munna Lal was given one room in school by respected #principal madam.
Munna Lal ji was #responsible gentle man.He always used be first person to come to school. He was so fond of #greenery of school if so happen that Gardner of school forget to water the plant due to unavoidable reason.Munna ji will do same very happily without any #complain .
He will inspect cleanliness of school.He will note down number of furniture pieces found broken in different class rooms.The same he will report to principal madam.
Munnna Lal ji always believed in #saving water.He would report about #leaking water taps to principal madam.He would make sure that not even a single outsider enter school without principal madam #permission.
He was respected by #each teacher and principal madam for his fair treatment to each one in #school.
Department of education of state had awarded him for his #exemplary services and behaviour as dedicated supportting staff of school.
He would always sit outside class room/principal madam room if some teachers/principal madam are workig after school hours,thinking that they might need some help.
He would always help teacher/principal madam in handling #unruly boys of school.
If by chance Mr Munna ji was on leave the whole school used to feel pinch of his absence.Principal madam used to say Mr.Munna help school to such a great extent that sometimes school feel Mr Munna ji is #irreplaceable.
Moral – If one wishes to be above ordinary persons one has to be #different from others .
