If you scroll over your phone, there is a trend going on Nowadays, which is Hard 75 days challenge or 21 days challenge. 

This 75 days challenge makes a person disciplined and healthy. Most of the influencer doing this challenge. Basically these are the following activities which gonna do in this challenge :-        

  1. Wake up early in the morning ( 5 am to 6 am ) 
  2. Do 2 times exercise or workout or yoga ( morning or evening) 
  3. Drink 3-4 litres of water 
  4. Stick to healthy diet ( No junk food) 
  5. Meditation (10-20 minutes) 

For 75 days, you have do these activities without missing single one. 

Guess what! Most of the messed up, 

Even the influencer also and audience who follow them also failed. 

Why? This is hard for us, but this is a daily lifestyle of our ancestors. They wake up early in the morning, work hard on farming, praying or mediate as well, eat healthy food, stay hydrated.         

This 75 days challenge is a way become better version of yourself, this challenge makes up disciplined, overcome procrastination and laziness, manage the emotions well etc. 

Let’s compare this 75 days challenge to your life, by this challenge, how’s you improve yourself                                                                           that’s how your dedication towards your goal pays you off. 

  • Small steps :- if I dare you do this challenge, half of the people are afraid and even leave this pages. Enjoying other when they are doing this challenge, exactly what you are doing with you’re goals. When you see others doing hard work then you think it’s easy but when there is time to act for goals then escape and procrastinate.                 How’s you take the initiative to start, simply by  𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀, start your actions with small tasks or even break your task in small pieces. If you want to take 75 days challenge then in day 1 :- do 10 minutes workout, try to eat healthy foods, drink just one glass more than usual capacity of water, Wake up 30 mins before usual waking up time. Take small initiative to act. Don’t rush over big things. Do exactly like that towards your goals. 
  • Don’t follow other :- if we take example of 75 days challenge, how we start, just by watching videos of favorite influencer then start copying them. After some times, we feels tired or exhausted. Why? Because you just copied others. Similar do with goals, we see others person having same goals,then just blindly follow him/her.                                      Here you made mistake, other ability, strength, weakness, environment, circumstances, body structure, thinking capacity is different from each other then How’s other plans suit you and you failed . Before taking action, Analyze your strength or weakness then make your plan, follow it. Let’s take example of 75 days challenge, you have see an influencer , that he /she do exercise for 1 hour, you also do for 1 hour. Then next morning, you feel extremely exhausted, then cycle of anxious, self doubt start. Think before follow other, what if influencer has been exercising daily before he/she took challenge. Don’t follow other blindly and make your own plan.
