I learnt programming in 2019 solely from watching youtube videos for FREE and have now learnt over 9 programming languages. - Design -: Designing is a really easy skill to learn but it’s really really really hard to get good at it and if you do get good at it through watching youtube videos and mainly just practicing quite a lot within a year you can easily find clients who are ready to give over 500k in a year just for the fact that there are a lot of designer in the market but only a few chosen ones are actually good at it like 1%.
- Web Design -: I did not include web design and design in the same category because first it increases my word count which makes my article rank higher in the google search and second web design is quite different from normal design because now the times are different from the previous year where web designer and web developer were two different people but now they are considered the same and are expected to do both. But that’s not a problem because learning programming is quite easy if you are using the correct tools such as webflow, framer or wordpress or you learn HTML, CSS and JS(like me) or maybe if you want to be unique you can try and use python and library like django or flask. But after a few month you will be able to master the web development part the only hard part is the web design part which will take a bit longer but can also be done if you are dedicated enough. If you find yourself the right client you can charge up to 15k for a single website from business without any kind of hassle.Â
- Â Editing -: This is also a skill which is extremely valuable right now and will continue to become even more valuable as time passes by and that’s for the simple fact that video content is becoming more and more mainstream and will eventually become the main form of watching any kind of content and the video which will gain any kind of advantage are the ones which are actually good and what makes a video good (aside from the script and content) the video editing so people are ready to pay a lot of money for a good video editor and you can easily earn over 100k a year.
