I belong from a region called jaunsar bawar(uttrakhand).This area on paper is considered as a backward area or a region which is under development but for me this area might be backwards according to its roads and infrastructure but this area has the most humble and helpful people.I am not praising it cuz I belong from this region it’s just my observation through which I came to a conclusion that it’s one of the most culturally rich area of India. What if I say that people won’t take dowry at time of marriages here? you can be doctor or farner in this region but you won’t take dowry.At time of marriages people come together for making food like rotis etc.You can come to any house of this region and the people won’t ask you who you are they will just treat you as thier guest.You will feel like you are with your family when you are in this region.Lets take a case suppose you and your mother are the only one left in your family.. then sadly you mothers die then who would take care of you?Ik your relatives would buy they would do it to some extend but if the same thing happens in the area then the whole village would come to help you out to help you financially.Finally to some things up Jaunsar bawar is a beautiful area in the mountains of Uttarakhand.Famous singer jubin nautiyal also belongs from this area.At last i want to say that I feel proud on being a jaunsari.
