    Imagine you are draining the battery of a mobile phone by playing unnecessary games and scrolling videos through social media platforms and a time comes when emergency purposes you are unable to use your phone for which they are meant to. 

    In the same way, constantly thinking of unnecessary thoughts, emotions, and scenarios we are withdrawing our energies of mind and unable to make use of them for which they are meant to,  in other words, we are unable to use the power of the mind in productive purpose. 

    From morning to midnight, we remain in a state of constant thinking process,  which is somewhere very normal for all human beings for their survival but, it’s time to pause for the well-being of the human community because somewhere, the effectiveness is hampered. 

    More energy describes more of you and it can be felt in everything. 
    We all have gone through the scenario of overthinking and repetitive thinking but the question is how to deal with it. 
    It is not a magic trick, which will happen within a second and going to solve all the hurdles but it’s a practice, an art that can work wonders and can recreate our minds and replace ourselves with new ones. 
    First of all what we have to do is focus on the breath,  while we are doing any kind of work, household chores,  cooking,  bathing, doing important assignments,  etc.  Focus on the breath inhaling and exhaling. In the beginning, some of us could feel difficult but soon it shall become the practice and we are going to love it. 
    The other important point is to try to touch the tip of the tongue to the roof of the mouth all the time except for eating and talking. It completes the energy cycle of various nerves within the body due to which we receive more energy. 
    When wasteful thoughts are eliminated we feel more relaxed and energized and it multiplies our productivity. 
    Monkey after getting the banana remains calm and enjoys it.  In the same way, the mind is in a state of mindfulness to create balance.
