Every smart city has culture of street hawkers. Street food is famous as it’s cost is in reach of common man. Specially on weak end and holidays it more enjoyable. Stree hawker streets are more active at night than at day time. In India in Bombay paw vara every one enjoys street food. In utter Pradesh India one can find street hawker selling curd jalebi in morning and aaloo samosa in evening. In Gujrat people are so excited to eat pani puri and paw bhaji in street corners.

How to sustain street food treat

The problem in India is big cities population is expanding. Due to availability of Jones people from small cities are migrating to big cities. Due to these reasons resources like clean place available for hawkers is becoming less and very essential part availability of clean water possibility is decreasing. Due to global warming temperature of streets are on rise therefore there are chances tthat street food can go bad very fast. All this creats problem of infection to humans. Hence many people in cuties are afraid to try hand on street food. Cities who used to feel proud on street food are finding it tough to sustain variety of street food through hawkers.

Finally to be very frank I must say future of street food hawkers is not very bright  dur to high industry culture.
