These 21 days are very crucial for the country like India, where if virus like corona starts spreading mutually from one citizen to another would make the conditions worse. The conditions are not that worse but it can become so. So its my humble request for you, to stay safe, stay at your home, be with your family, and keep sanitized. But during these 21 days many of us would get bored. That’s why today I m going to share 21 thing that u can do in these 21 days in order to improve yourself rather than wasting your time.

  1. HOME WORKOUT

As the gyms too are closed so don’t stop exercising. One can do basic home workout which would maintain up their body and muscle even without going to the gym. One can learn a lot of these through online courses on platform like Youtube, etc.

  1. CORRECT SPIRITUAL BOOK

One must read ‘Autobiography Of Yogi’ which is available in both the languages Hindi as well as English and this book can improve your life.

  1. LEARN COOKING

One should try cooking these days and should help their mom at home. And girls too like men who know cooking. This could benefit you as well.

  1. CALL YOUR OLD FRIEND

Call one of your oldest friend who have shifted into some other city and you never get time in order to catch up with him. This could benefit you as well. Because now you both have turned into two different personalities and can learn a lot from each other.
