Eventhough,a sad incident always make me crying inside,I always want to be involve in all social harmonies. It lasts for 4 or 5days.This celeberation is due to the memory  of OLD BARTER SYSTEM.  Every year Desamangalam celeberates forethcoming  VISHU,in memory of barter system . And This is the ONE AND ONLY PARTICULARITY  OF DESAMANGALAM  ONLY.
All household utensils,Flowers,variety type of knives, various food items will be there for selling.  Many pots using mud and clay will be  there for selling.  Everyone will be celeberating VISHU by buying  fire- crackers.Everywhere we can here the sounds of fire – crackers echoing.
