We used to be inseparable, you and I, Our friendship was a bond that reached the sky. We laughed and cried and shared our dreams, And tackled the world with a fearless team.
But somehow, somewhere, we lost our way, Our bond grew weaker with each passing day. I don’t know where we went wrong or why, But it hurts to think of you and sigh.
I miss the way we used to be, How we’d talk and laugh and be carefree. I miss the late night calls and inside jokes, And all the memories that were so bespoke.
