During my childhood I used to wait for whole 1 year for Holi because my mother used to make malpua, kheer.
But no, me and my brother were nit allowed to eat very soon. Firstly, it will be praised during holika dahan and then we were allowed to eat.
The taste of malpua is still in my mouth which was soft, bakery fragrance and sweet.
Today I took instructions from Nani and made maalpuas. But they were not as soft as I used to have.
Missing old days!!
