    Thoughts on Daily Commutation

All of us may be travelling to and fro our workplace or educational institution on a daily basis. Some may have only a small distance to cover, others may take 2/3 hours per day only for travelling. Also our modes of transportation too vary according to our situations and the distance to cover. However big or small and whatever our mode of travelling ,let me ask you one thing. Rather i am asking it myself. Are we productively using that daily commuting hours/minutes of us?

Being honest i used to think of finding a productive way to use that time. But there are some limitations considering my two wheeler drive and the less than 15 minutes drive to my workplace. Now a days i use that time to think or rather generate new ideas of content creation. This can be done by all 2 wheeler travelers and be sure of your surroundings and the road safety rules.

For car travellers, usually everyone prefers music and some may hear interesting podcasts. One way to use that car riding time is to hear your interesting topics in YouTube(I caution you, it is hearing only, not seeing).Even you can enroll a new course and hear all that things they teach. Once you take your books to read those topics once again you will be surprised to have some of it already in your mind.

Then comes bus/train travellers. These group can watch, hear or read whatever they want because the steering is not in their hands for both modes of transport.

I am just thinking and not insisting …Many people out there may use this time for relaxing and sight seeing or story making. That too is not bad. I have just tried to inculcate a thought on this topic. If you add up all those minutes or hours we are spending on a daily basis, that would surely account for a portion of our lives for sure. If we can use that wisely or enjoy those to the core, that is not a bad idea. Isn’t it?
