There lived a clever crow named Coco. He was known for his sharp mind and witty replies.
Nearby, lived a cunning fox named Foxy who always looked for ways to trick others and take what he wanted without effort.
One morning, Coco found a delicious piece of bread lying near a pond.
Overjoyed, he picked it up in his beak and flew to the highest branch to enjoy his meal .
Foxy, wandering nearby, saw Coco with the bread.
His mouth watered, and his mind began plotting. “That bread should be mine,” Foxy thought.
Foxy looked up at Coco and called out sweetly, βOh, Coco! What a magnificent bird you are!.Your feathers are shining so brightβ
Coco raised an eyebrow, suspicious. He knew Foxy’s reputation.
Foxy continued, βIβve heard that you have a beautiful voice . Wonβt you sing a song for me? Please, let me hear a song in your melodious voice!β
Coco knew very well that Foxy was trying to trick him to get the bread.
Coco held the bread tightly in his claws and said, βWhy donβt you sing for me first, Foxy? Iβve heard foxes are excellent singers and your voice is much sweeter than me!β
Foxy didnβt want to lose the chance. He began to sing a howling tune . All the other animals laughed, and Coco chuckled too.
Taking his bread, Coco flew away to enjoy his meal, leaving Foxy embarrassed and empty-pawed.
