Once upon a time, in a quiet village, there was a little girl named Vera who loved music. Her grandmother had given her a beautiful violin, and she dreamed of playing it well. But whenever Vera tried, the sounds that came out were scratchy and squeaky. She grew frustrated and thought about giving up.
One day, as Vera sat under a large tree, she heard a gentle voice. It was an old bird with a sweet, soothing song. “Why do you look so sad, Vera?” asked the bird.
“I can’t make my violin sound beautiful, no matter how hard I try,” Vera sighed. The bird chirped kindly, “Every skill takes patience and practice. Even I practiced my song for years before it sounded right.”
Inspired, Vera decided to try again. Every day, she practiced a little, listening carefully and improving her skills bit by bit. Before long, her violin began to sing sweetly, and soon, the whole village could hear the lovely music.
Vera learned that patience and practice were the keys to unlocking the beauty of her violin’s voice. And from then on, whenever someone felt discouraged, Vera would remind them, “Keep trying, and your voice will shine through, just like mine did.”
