In a quaint little place, Mia and her companion Ava had a fight over a boy named Jake. One day, when the sun was shining, they were playing in the park but those were no longer happy faces. “He is fond of me more than you,” Mia screamed, a hint of fury lurking in her eyes. “No, he doesn’t! You are just being possessed with green-eyed monster!” Ava glared back, fists looking ready to unleash action. The clash worsened, exchange of words reached unbearable pains for both, as each felt the other had cheated them in some way.
Yet when calmness returned, each understood the bond the two shared was of far greater importance than the competition present between the two. With tears rolling down their cheeks, they forgave each other and promised that they shall not ever fight out of envy again and this promise made them even stronger, as they had learnt to confront their differences.
