This is my personal experience, maybe it will be useful to some peeps here on this platform or anywhere. These apps are not a get rich niche but they can help you in like purchase of a cup of coffee, phone topup, grocery shopping and others. Here there are:

This is the simplest and safest for me. It pays in Dollars and pays 2 cents for every sms you get on phone
How it works:
After installing the apk, you will have this app running on background and sending sms. You are required to put your mobile phone number and give permissions to app to work correctly. For each sms received from their service, you earn 2 dollar cents. Internet must be active all time. First time you need also to register an account with email and password.
Payment:
I use to receive zero or max one sms at beginning, so I contacted support and after that I regularly receive 2 to 4 sms per day. After collecting 2 dollars I could withdraw money and it was sent to my Paypal account. So far I got payed twice and within one day of asking to withdraw, with no fees on deposit (I have fee to transfer from PayPal to a bank account or debit card, as PayPal standards)
Pros:

•Has feature to check internet connection and if app is working
•Pays quickly in one or two days
•Can make 3-4 dollars a month
•Support dual sim, so possibly doubling the profit
Cons:

2) MobiRich
This is another sms sending app that pays for each sms received on phone installed. It requires more permissions and even setting this app as your default message app for the phone.
How it works:
You need to download apk from their webpage and install, then register your phone number. You have to set this app also as default app for messages and sms. You will receive 2 euro cents for each sms received and if you use my referral code f8ZClaoQ upon registration you receive a €0.50 bonus. After collecting 2€ you can withdraw it to your phone total or PayPal account. No email registration needed.
Payment:
I received a lot of sms per day from 5 to 10 so in short time I reached the minimum amount to withdraw. I was able to withdrawal the money on my PayPal account and I have so far received 5 to 7 withdrawals from them.

3) Money Sms
This is the app I strongly recommend that pay for receiving their sms. It pays 2 euro cents per sms but is not available in every country. App needs to be running on background and with internet connection at all time.
How it works:
You must download the apk app on their page and install it on your phone. As the app keep running you will receive some sms and the app will recognize theirs and pays 2 euro cents for each of them. It also has some referral code to gain an extra starting cash once.
Payment:
App pays 2 euro cents per sms, I use to receive 1 sms per day, some days even 2 or 3 but not so many sms. You also through other ways like receiving calls and using you phone to send messages. It has a starting cash bonus and for each person that registers with your code, the new user will receive a bonus and so you do as soon as that new user withdraws its first time payment. You need a PayPal account to get paid. Once you reach 2 euro you are able to withdraw the money from app to your paypal account.

4) McMoney

An sms sending app that pays for each sms you receive on your phone. It pays 2 to 5 dollar cents per sms to paypal account.
How it works:
As the other previous app, you need to download and install apk on your phone and make the app running on background with Internet connection at all time, to be able to receive sms. First time it requires email to register in app, but no password needed. It pays on PayPal with US dollars.
Payment:
Each sms has variable value from 2 to 5 cents in my experience, although I can receive an sms about every 2 or three days (not often as other apps). Once you reach 1 dollar you can withdraw the amount to your paypal account. The app has referral system as well, to earn extra starting cash both for your friend and you. The mentioned apps are successfully paying and working. For me is nice to keep app running since I have no problems with phone battery and I keep using mobile data all
