1 . Create a study plan :
Create a plan or schedule with regular breaks .
2 . Prioritise the topics :
Start with the topics which you find hard to remember or memorize.
Secondly start with the topics which your already familiar with , so you would only have to revise the topics .
Then start with the topics which your not too sure about , the topics which your familiar with but have to give some time to memorize it completely.
Finally come again to the topics which you find hard to study , so you can review it twice or thrice .
3 . Take regular breaks:
Plan your schedule in a way that you can have a break every 30- 45 mins , your break should be no more than 15 mins .
4 . Find a peaceful environment:
Find a peaceful to environment to study in with no distractions nearby .
Make sure your environment is clean and peaceful to study in .
5 . Eat properly:
Make sure you follow a proper and healthy diet , eating habits have a huge impact on studying time .
6 . Sleep schedule:
Make sure you have a proper sleep schedule and have enough sleep in a day .
Prioritising your sleep is really important , whithout proper sleep you will feel tired and lazy to study .
7 . Exercise:
Exercising is really important as it will keep you fit and alert .
