I teach science in government school. One day at birthday party I met my old student Radha.
Radha said “madam marriage is good institution. It is not about all comforts as shown in #movies. Madam some times cooking and cleaning duties assigned to home maker are very tiresome.”
I said “Radha home maker has to accept assigned duties. I have also experienced that one has to face hard facts and realities of life otherwise you will be #depressed all time.”
Radha said “madam some times home makers experience lack of #money in hand.They make sure all comforts fly out from window in no time.They only concentrate on essential things of day to day life”
I said “Radha in laws family you can’t make everyone happy. You are constantly under #scanner and being judged. One wrong word spoken all good things you did in past are forgotten and you become bad person.”
Radha said”madam now I do realize, my strict parents were #angels to me.They gave me good training to work hard even if things are not positive on your side. I am so thankful to them”.
I said”Life is sometime #strange after marriage. Before marriage you had all the leisure time, but no permission to go anywhere you wanted.This was so because parents were strict for girls of family”.
Radha said”madam after marriage you may be your own #boss but you don’t have time to go anywhere (where you want), whenever you want .What a contrast in life before and after marriage.”
Moral-life after marriage for home maker can be very #different/difficult. All home makers have different experiences. There is no one yard #stick to explain life after marriage for home makers.
