Morning is the best Time to take Fruits
If you want to be healthy, then fruits have to be included in your diet. Consumption of fruits provides many essential nutrients to the body. Due to lack of time, you can’t eat fruits easily. Fruits have many nutrients, minerals, antioxidants, but one important thing is how to take these nutrients in maximum quantity. You should also take care about the right time to take fruits. You should never eat fruits before or after eating.
You can eat fruit along with the breakfast in the morning. You should never take fruits after meals. On an average, you consume 300-400 calories in a single meal. Fruits have fructose, which increases your calorie count very much. This is the reason eating fruits after a meal is not good. Their digestion becomes difficult with food. Consuming fruits before meals or after meals can make you a victim of gas, constipation or stomach pain.
When you include fruits along with food, digestion of fruits in the stomach stops because your digestive system is engaged in digesting the food at that time. Therefore, the fruits become poison in the stomach and start accumulating in the diet tube. It can affect the acidosis of the stomach and can cause constipation problems. You may also have a burning sensation in your stomach. Likewise, you should not take curd or milk with fruits.
After eating fruit, at least for half an hour, you should not eat anything. To eat fruits, morning is regarded as the best time. Eat fruit on an empty stomach. It can prove beneficial for your health. However, do not eat citrus fruits on an empty stomach as there may be a problem of acidity. Fruits like apple, mango and banana can be eaten in the morning. When you eat watermelon, avoid eating anything with it.
