I am science teacher in government school. There are #students coming from different type of background in my class. When I teach in class some serious type of students prefer to write salient points of my lecture in #notes copy by #hand they bring everyday to school.Â
There are other students who will sit and listen to my lecture, unless I give them some #numerical to solve in class room.Â
These students are strong #believer that all important points of my lecture they will get from #NCERT books and if more knowledge is needed they will explore #internet cites and you tube giving required information. These students are #digital friendly persons.Â
My submission to all my students is,”that it is better to write class notes of any lecture given by teacher in class with hands in note book as this activity make student hand mind coordination good and make him/her alert in class. If there are doubts about particular concept in students mind that can be cleared then and there by #interactive activities between student and teacher. This will make learning process more efficient for #students. Students this way become more creative and #develop various skilled #faculties. They do not remain apparatus (machine)and electricity #dependent for any work. This activity also make students self dependent and #adventurous.Â
Many students say ” madam taking notes with hands is old school thought.One has to keep note copy safe and handy. “Other student are of view that they find writing notes with hands very powerful way of #learning.Â
Moral- to make one’s mind active and sharp students should follow old school of thought and write notes with their hand.Â
