It was a cloudy evening, Monica was sleeping in her room, and suddenly a notification arose, from her Gmail stating, “Hi, Monica, you don’t know me but I know you !!!”, she was half asleep and took her phone to see the notification, after seeing the Gmail, she stood from her bed with a burst, she thought to herself, “ who’s this, is it a spam message or a prank mail or what’s this!!!,she ignored that mail and again went to sleep, the next moment a mail popped up, “I just want to talk to you, do you have any other social media so that we can have a chat?”, Monica was a bit confused state but she is very eager to know who’s that? she started asking for his name, he replied that he is her admirer, she was feeling a little bit of shy and she wanted to know who is that !!!!!,she asked random questions about him but all the answers were connected to her* favourites, she asked whether you are a boy or a girl, and he said I’m a boy, her curiosity levelled up, and he continuously asked him various questions, but he didn’t tell who he was, she tried her best to ask his name, but, no use!!,she thought it might be her friend’s prank on her, so she called her friend and asked, she said, “Yeah, it’s my plan only!!, how was my prank, had your dreams huh??”
Monica said in anger, “Seriously???, why do you have to do this, just get lost, you know right, I hate pranks and still you do it to me, I hate you !!” she hung up the phone and blocked her
but she just felt relieved after knowing that it was here.
but she was very angry with her, her friend tried to call her so many times, but she didn’t respond to her calls and she tried to call her through her friend’s phone, then she answered, as it was an unknown number
” Hey, it’s me, just listen to me, I was just kidding, it was not me, to tell this only I called you, cool? bye, find out who the person is soon …
she was shocked, she couldn’t utter a word, again a Gmail came, “Hello, Are you there ?”
she thought of everyone who could message her, but in the end, she couldn’t remember anyone, so she decided to ask him itself
“Who are you, tell me your name or you won’t get a reply from me” she mailed him
“It will be a problem if I say my name, so just tell me your Instagram ID or any other social media ID ” a reply came
“Do you have my number, just tell me, who you are?”, she said again, she just wanted to know, who he was. how he got her number etc..
“Are you from my college or school or where do I meet you ??”
“Is it necessary that I must be from your school or college? I have met you 2 times”
She then remembered a boy, from his uncle’s neighbourhood
She went to her uncle’s house for her weekend holiday, it was a festive season, so relatives came to her uncle’s house, and that time a neighbourhood boy named Karthick came to distribute sweets at her uncle’s house, she met him there for the first time and also at the next day
she came back to the present and asked him, ”Are you, Karthick?”
she waited for the reply…,
waited for 5 minutes but it seemed like an hour for her, she had a little crush on him, so she was already willing to speak to him, so she waited, then came the reply, ”Yes, I am!!”
she asked,” How did you get my number??”
but he didn’t reply to it. she didn’t give up as she was very curious to know how he got it, then they started to speak through message rather than Gmail, but she felt a strong connection with him in a short time, she thought to herself whether it was love or it’s just an infatuation, then they met often in her uncle’s house, they went on speaking, without giving a name to the relationship, then they both completed college, it was nor a friendship or love, but something !!, then she started working in a MNC company, earned well and their parents were happy, but deep down she has a question, what’s this relationship??
He doesn’t care about it too, he never wants to ask it, as they both don’t want to end the relationship
soon it became the age of marriage for Monica, and she wasn’t ready for that, that too with Karthick as her confusion, but, their parents showed many alliances, but it went failure, then came Karthick pic as one of the alliances, and she was so shocked, she called him and asked him, he said that his parents are asking him to marry her, she asked, “what’s your decision??”
I wish to say No, but, I don’t know, but also I can’t, Monica, Will you marry me ???
she didn’t expect it from him, as usual, she had no answer, she didn’t reply anything
she closed her eyes and looked at the memories of them, the endless talking, the relationship without a name, her moments with him were the best and happiest moments, she also imagined, what she’d do if she married any other person
she opened her eyes and said, “Yes, of course, and I love you ‘
”I love you too”
It was all a sudden reply, sometimes she thinks, is it a good decision??
But, she made the right decision
and as usual happy ending, happily ever after, they both are living their best lives with each other happily
but what if she said no to the relationship??, which doesn’t have a name ??…….
