I got teased alot because of these round glasses i had. They were huge, and not attractive. So this one group of boys always teased me, but one of the boy never ever did. I spoke to him one day after class, he was so nice & we had heaps in common. I began to have a crush on him. One day, the boys teased me and called me ugly and i looked to the boy. They said ‘He doesn’t like you! because you’re Ugly! tell her!’ He came over kissed me smoothly and told me I am perfect! It was like fire within my bones, Like my soul has returned to the water. Like every part of mine that came from a dead star is alive again.
