As I walked through a blossomed valley
Leaving behind a thorny alley
Heard a lovely, floppy lullaby
Wrought up by a forlorn butterfly
Gazing at it, purified my mind
And bloomed the flowers, which brightly shined
All the ponderous burdens were lifted
As the butterfly grandly drifted
It flapped its wings, up and down
Mesmerized in its flight and sound
I followed it wherever it went
As it had caught my hearts content
It glistened it’s color’s, golden and black
As I pursued it’s path, zig-zag
The wind of lint gushed harshly
But the butterfly still flew through fiercely
The butterfly made it through
As now the sky was clear and blue
I learned a valuable lesson from the butterfly
As there is triumph behind the mind’s eye
