Stess is an situation of mental tension or worries that may cause you mental fatigue or other problems. Stress is something that cant be avoided but we can be relived from it by doing something that you love or that pleases you such as meditation, going on a vaction, etc.
Being overly stressed my cause cause many health complcations what may be ranging from small problems like mental fatigue to bigger problems like heart attacks or hypertensions. This major problems may cost you your life. So stress must be avoided.
Stress can also prove helpful in some emergency situdation like fire accidents or disaters as it forces you to escape form that place as soon as possible.
Stress is an unstoppable thing but we can control it. So we must control Stress to stay happy and healthy
