What is Karma?
Karma , in the truest sense of the word, is a religious, philosophical and spiritual concept, according to which every action, both physical and spiritual, has a consequence.
This can manifest immediately, after a longer period of time or even in another life. It certainly does not spare anyone.
Usually, the notion is associated with something negative, but Karma is neither good nor bad, it is just the result of your actions, decisions and thoughts. So, you alone are the master of your Karma.
Types of Karma
There are many types of Karma, each with its own varieties, but the most important ones, which can help us answer many of our questions, are:
-Karma of the sign and planetary nodes. Depending on the zodiac sign in which one was born and the position of the planets at that time, each one has certain weaknesses, which one must learn to use to one's advantage.
-Family karma. This is karma gathered from your entire family. For example: if your family members have been dishonest in their appreciation of money or have come into wealth in a dishonest way, you will find it difficult to get rich. The good news is that this karma can be cleansed by righting past wrongs. Life might even put you in the same situation that one of your family members was in at one time to make the right decision this time and break the Karmic chain.
-Gender Karma. It is the same as Family Karma, only it occurs in the male or female line. So if you are a woman you will bear the faults of your mother, grandmother, great grandmother, etc. and if you are a man you have to deal with the Karma of your father, grandfather, great grandfather, etc.
-Soul contracts. Soul contracts are present in this life in the form of Karmic relationships. These contracts arise because in a past life you harmed someone by binding them to you, and in this life you have become the victim. The contract between souls is broken when the victim forgives the 'wrongdoer'. Otherwise it will continue in subsequent lives, and the roles will always be reversed.

-Reproductive Karma. Reproductive Karma is the baggage we come with from our past life. It can be positive or negative, depending on what prevailed at the time of death in the previous life. It gives us our place of birth, material level, body, health, etc.
--Support karma. It is Karma that we accumulate in this life.
And how do we cleanse Karma?
Any Karma can be rectified. First we have to become aware of it. Then we accept it and find its roots to know what is to be done. If we can't do anything else, we compensate by accumulating good supportive Karma.
In some cases Karma is seen as a curse and there are rituals of release for this.
For women menstruation is also a version of Karma. It is the pain equivalent of all women, who have been mistreated over time. The emotions of the premenstrual period are associated with the feelings and anguish they have gone through.
It is also said that the right side of our body corresponds to positive karma. The left side of our body shows negative karma.
All this information might be useful to us when we feel stuck and can't achieve certain things no matter how hard we try.
However, it would not be a good idea to think about our Karma every single day, in order not to limit ourselves.
It is enough to live in such a way that we accumulate as much positive Karma as we can, and every time we feel we have wronged someone, we should go back and make things right.
