I honestly think most entrepreneurs don't realise initially that entrepreneurship is not a job. You need to work on it constantly!

From setting up operations to managing finances, handling clients and scaling the business, there's always one more thing on the to-do list. And if you're anything like me, you've realized that time isn't just money, but it is what keeps everything moving.

This is what I have realised about making the most of it:

Not all tasks are created equal. Instead of trying to do everything, I focus on what actually makes a difference.

- I used to think no one could do things exactly like me, which created a large number of issues. Learning to delegate not only saved me time but also helped my team grow.

-- A business without direction is just chaos. Weekly and monthly goal-setting keeps me and my team aligned. And when you track the process constantly, it keeps everyone motivated.

Being an entrepreneur is about building, but more importantly, it's about sustaining. The better you manage your time, the faster you can build lasting businesses.
