ng a healthy mental lifestyle is as important as taking a healthy diet. But due to hectic lifestyle, we all almost forget how to take care of our feeling, emotions which caused depression or anxiety in long term. 

By unlimited desires or wants of our leads to stress over everything and ruining mental peace by temporary pleasure. 

This is articles, you will learn how you improve your mental health and prevent it by more damage. 

Basically, there are three area where we all going to work.

Physically improvement :- when we do anything physical then we are able to see the difference fastly. So, what are steps, we gonna take to improve mental health. By improve lifestyle, 

  • Sleep :- body and mind both need proper sleep of 7-8 hour daily without any interruption and disturbance. From 9 pm to 6 am are best hour for sleep.   • Exercise :- i know, you all listening from everywhere that “DO EXERCISE, RUN MILES, 100 SQUAD, 100 PUSH UP & PULL UP, WHATEVER IT IS “. basically my point is do exercise, do whatever like dance, swim etc. Do one activity where your sweat comes out atleast for 10 minutes for 4-5 day of week, just move yourself.   • Stay hydrated and eat healthy diet :- if you take nutritional food then minds also get nutritious value, if you take garbage then minds give garbage suggestions, SO, choice is your. Second drink plenty of water, so that your mind stay hydrated which makes you more energetic. 

Mental improvement :- Now, you are taking physical measurements then here are some mental measurements you also have take, these all ways take time and needs your time and consistently. 

  • For giving :- i have seen myself, I am obsessed with taking people shit talk to my ego, which ruin everything. So, don’t dare to do this to yourself and protect yourself your negative opinion of others. Don’t take everything too seriously, soon or later you will understand that, you got only one life, just live it fullest, not opinion of others. 
  • Stay gratitude :- show your gratification towards your body, foods and things which belongs to you. Stay grateful, I am sure, this will work and you will see the difference. 
  • Meditate :- there are different type of meditation, choose anyone which suit you and give sometimes to settle your emotions and feeling just for 5 minutes gradually increase the time.

Social improvement :- this is last way, here your environment and social life included. It holds your friends, family, colleagues……. First take above two steps for mental health then you will notice difference in your relationship. 

  • Avoid negative people :- there are some people, who always highlight your insecurities, keep down your confidence. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN’T, THEN FIGHT THEM. there only two option “fight or flight” and choice is yours. 
  • Understand :- step in other shoe, understand others problems then conclude anything, without understand others problem, don’t jump on conclusion that they are selfish, arrogant, or anything. 

SO, this is tips, or three area where you should work, I am sure you will definitely see difference in 1 weeks not too much but little but, stay consistent and regularly work on yourself.
