Device Specific Dark Mode
Milyin’s Dark Mode has some specific regulations specifically for iOS and Mac OS. We have some rules for every device that supports standard device level Dark Mode.
In Dark Mode, the system uses a darker color palette for all screens, views, menus, and controls, and it uses more vibrancy to make foreground content stand out against the darker backgrounds. Dark Mode supports all accessibility features.
We have set up our systems such that if your device has a device level dark mode turned on, then we automatically served the dark mode content.
This means if your device has dark mode on, we will ignore the toggle state at browser level, and irrespective of Dark Mode being on or off on Milyin, the Dark Mode Content would be served.
iOS 13, MacOS Catalina and Android 10, all of these support device level dark modes. In case you have dark mode on these operating systems, then we will not let you toggle the dark mode selectively on Milyin. And Dark Mode content shall be directly served.
In case Dark Mode is off on your device, then you surely can toggle the dark mode on Milyin like normal.
We deeply integrate, with the operating systems. If you have Dark Mode enabled on your device itself, then you are directly served Dark Mode content. You don’t need to toggle Dark Mode from here, the system status of Dark theme, would be used by Milyin.
You can turn off the device level dark mode, to toggle the state of Milyin’s Dark Mode.
