Another Day Slips Away
I wrote this quite, emotional poem about a young girl standing at the age of adulthood, lost between her dreams and reality. At eighteen she’s caught in the exhausting race of entrance exams, carrying the silent ache of dreams that feel just out of reach. The fear of failure and the question “what if” never leave her. She prays, she hopes, but answers don’t come easily. Still ,even in the silence and shadows, a quite strength begins to grow within her. Though her dreams waver, they still breathe-waiting for the gentle light of tomorrow.
