Who knows how heavy your heart
Was once

While you fix it.
To be loved by someone
Who has been betrayed by the word itself
But didn’t forget to
Make you believe in it
By his actions.
To be understood by someone
Who is wise enough
To get himself together
Rather than destroying you
With his broken self.
