Thanks for the appreciation. I think there are workarounds to get monetized on Medium as an Indian. However, Medium is really low-value for small/medium writers. I am biased, but Milyin is a far better choice for upcoming content creators, as it has lesser competition (Currently) and has better monetization.
Medium monetisation program is also not available for Indian writers there. At least, it is what I actually hear from one of my friend (I am writing there too though).
