India-Pakistan Tension Live: All Drone Attacks Foiled at 15 Locations Including Srinagar, Complete Blackout in Akhnoor May 10, 2025 | Iconic News Team
Tensions between India and Pakistan have reached a critical level. Following India's Operation Sindoor, which targeted and destroyed Pakistan’s air defense systems in Lahore and other key locations, panic has gripped the Pakistani establishment.
In retaliation, Pakistan attempted drone strikes at 15 locations across Jammu & Kashmir including Srinagar, Uri, Poonch, Rajouri, and Kathua. However, India’s Air Force and electronic warfare units swiftly neutralized all incoming threats. Most of the drones were intercepted and destroyed mid-air, thanks to India's high-alert defense readiness.
A complete blackout has been enforced in the Akhnoor region of the Jammu sector due to heightened security concerns. Local authorities have urged residents to stay indoors and avoid spreading rumors. This move comes amid fears of possible cross-border shelling or escalation.
India’s assertive action has visibly rattled Pakistan. Its defense ministry has called for emergency meetings and increased troop deployment along the border. High alert has been declared in Lahore and Rawalpindi.
Indian armed forces and intelligence agencies remain vigilant. The Ministry of Defence has stated clearly that while India does not seek conflict, any misadventure will be met with a strong and decisive response. The Home Ministry has also issued high-security alerts across all sensitive zones.
