    1. On a soft bed or yoga mat, lie on your back.

    2. Spread both legs. There must be a distance of at least one to one-and-a-half feet between your legs.

    3. Keep your hands away from your body.

    4. After the body completely relaxes, breathe in slowly and release slowly. Keep doing this for about five to ten minutes daily.
