Today, I am going to share 3 habits that can bring drastic change in your life. They are easy to adopt and the best thing about these habits is that these are not time-consuming. You just need to devote an hour of your busy life and your body will thank you for those precious 60 minutes.
I know, all of us have responsibilities. We are bound to fulfill certain responsibilities. We have to perform some tasks in our lives. We are all busy in our lives. Yet our own bodies need us as well. I am not saying that you neglect your responsibility, it's just that you should take care of yourself as well.
First and foremost, spare 30 minutes of your life for a walk or exercise or yoga or meditation. Pick any of the above mentioned activities. You cannot survive being a couch potato. Even if you are dead busy, still you need to do this. No matter, what nature is of your work, whether you are a job holder or a house wife yet you need to keep your body healthy. You cannot expect to serve others and make their lives worth living while you yourself do not have a healthy body. So your health is important. Accept it and take care of it.
Second habit that can drastically change your life is drinking at least east 6 glasses of water daily. In the morning, fill a bottle of 1.5 litre of water and drink it daily. I am not going to elaborate the significance of water here but you owe your body this little service. So develop this habit of drinking water.
Lastly, everyday you should do something that you prefer as a hobby. It could be anything, whatever you like. Some widely preferred hobbies are painting, singing, drawing, journal writing, music listening, gardening, reading etc. But you are not bound to choose any of them, do whatever you like to relax yourself for just 30 minutes daily. The main purpose of developing this habit is to just refresh your mind and soul. You are not a machine, so don't act like one. No matter how busy you are, you need to take care of yourself as well. Yes, you your family and friends are important but you are also important.
You need to be a little selfish if you want to fulfill all of your responsibilities diligently. These habits are life- changing and does not consume so much time. So try to follow this sincere suggestion of mine. Best of luck!
