    1) Always walk for atleast 20 mins after each meal to keep sugar in control 

    2) Take apple cider vinegar with meals to keep sugar in control - 1 tsp in warm water

    3) Exercise regularly to stay fit

    4) drink water and stay hydrated 

    5) Take carbs, protein and healthy fats,diet should always be balanced 

    6) sleep on time

    7)Fasting helps so do it

    8)Avoid all refined and processed food 

    9) A big no to alcohol and cigrette 

    10) Practice gratitude 

    11) Switch to herbal tea

    12) Avoid sugar,maida,white product from diet and add healthy veggies and fruits 

    13)Don't keep on snacking

    14) Sunlight is very important 

    15)stay positive always
