The above image is of knock knee appearance, a common clinic sign seen in rickets.
Rickets is due to deficiency of Vitamin D in children and causes bone anomalies.
Other signs of rickets includes swelling in the wrist and ankles, bossing of the forehead and beaded appearance in the ribcage called as rachitic rosary.
The children usually have bone pain, muscle weakness and delayed growth.
