Hanuman, the brave and bold,
In search of Sita in the city of Gold
He looked in awe at the splendid town,
that glittered like a jeweled crown
But all across the city walls,
there roamed demons, big and tall,
When the bright sun left the skies and the moon was on the rise,
Hanuman dwarfed his almighty size
In Lanka's speed, he took to speed ,
To find princess Sita's lead
Ringed by oceans very deep, her gates were glorious and steep.
A magnificent city planned & decked by heaven's own architect,
The streets were ever bright, rich and bold with a glitter of barnished gold.
Banners waved so proud and high on stately domes in the sky.
