Milyin's Creation Interface is going through a pivot. We are introducing beta features for everyone. Every 7 - 14 days, you will notice tectonic shifts in how our editor behaves, it's on purpose, and we need your help.
Why? Well, in 2024, after months of testing we introducing Phase 1 of our editor, it was well received and after the initial hiccups, performed as expected.
In the last few weeks, you might have noticed that adding a new block inserts a Paragraph by default, and then you must convert it (if needed). Image Insertion and block insertion have been much more streamlined. Proper support for pasting text in headings, lists, and tables is also introduced. In addition, undo/redo functionality has massively improved as well.
All these were supposed to be a part of a massive release in June 2025, internally called as "Phase II"
We have been MONTHs into testing the phase II. But things haven't been easy. Our team is having to guess what users might like. Plus, testing isn't easy either.
So, we decided to use our strong community to directly test and gain feedback for the products.
Since last 1 month, we have been building smaller features, doing brief initial tests and then releasing to the audience for their feedback. Since the Creator Community directly tests it, there is not much need to go too deep into the tests.
Secondly, the feedback ensures we can make changes and constantly improve our feature set. This ensures we can quickly discover when we go on the wrong trajectory.
So, all these features we talked about earlier are the tip of the iceberg. Many more things are coming your way. Previously, we collected feedback on changes you would like to see in our Creation Interface.
Based on all those points we have been working tirelessly to develop and improve the Creation Interface.
The process will go on for the next few months to come.
We are now looking up to you to share the feedback, message/email us when you find issues, comment on what you think is good/bad.
