Let's be honest, despite being a good platform and product, Milyin lacks proper social media backing to grow.
Our many in-house attempts to do social media have failed miserably. Now, we are turning towards our Creators.
That's why we are looking for any of our Creators who might want to work with us long-term to grow our social media presence.
Our hope is to find someone who can help more people discover Milyin through social media channels, and essentially help Milyin grow.
We are looking for a long-term commitment, someone who can rescue our sinking boat (in terms of reach), and then be a part of our executive team when we optimistically become a billion-dollar firm in the future. (fingers crossed)

- You can keep working part-time or any other job/role while working with us.
- Should be an existing Creator at Milyin (preferably)
- Completely remote/online workflow
- No specific working hours: If you get the job done, we don't really care how you do.
- Direct working with our founding members and being treated at par with them.
- Letter of Recommendation: For any future roles you might look forward to.
- Earnings: We don't have a budget in mind. As a startup, we are tight on cash, but we will try to accommodate you to the best of our abilities. We are good to go if we feel like you are good value for money.
Anyone with experience in marketing, paid marketing, or social media engagement will fit the bill.
Frankly speaking, we don't have any specific job requirements for the role. We just need someone who understands Social Media platforms like Twitter (X), Instagram, and Pinterest.
What We Want
Here are some key requirements:
- Have understanding of social media, and audience growth.
- We are not looking for an SEO, writer, or graphic designer. We look for someone who understands audience growth and engagement growth.
- Experience with designing, creating, and editing content. (We have our team to support but it would largely be there job to do everything)
- Bring in results, ultimately number of posts don't matter, if the audience engagement isn't there.
- Must speak English or Hindi
- Comfortable with basic video/photo editing tools (or at least willing to learn)
- Should be Indian (preferably)
That's about it. We know we have generally published more generic updates and information at this account. But this is the first time we are hiring publicly.
