Their story: A new beginning

The boy, who had once been a stranger, then a friend, blossoming into a cherished boyfriend, now reached for her. His touch, settled around her shoulders. With deliberate care, he began to tie the mangalsutra, the sacred thread, over her collarbones. His fingers worked with a tenderness that spoke volumes, each knot a silent vow whispered against her skin.

The first knot, not too tight said "promise to be in good". The second knot, carried a weight as he said " promise to be in bad" followed by the third knot which left her in tear "promise to cherish her forever" as he slowly layed her head over his shoulders to rest they both looked into each other's eyes bearing an cluster of emotions. The girl held her mangalsutra with both her hands and pressed them over her eyes. Shortly, as they both stood up to take blessings, he and she fell infront of his parents as they stood the girls eyes looked for her parents but when she realized they weren't their he pulled her husband by his hands and asked him to stand with his parents as she slowly fell on her knees asking for blessing and when she stood up she said, " accept me as your child too ma and pa " leaving the boys parents in tears, the boy fell on the girls legs, as she steps back in disbelief asks him to stand up and when he does he says "you are my another mother", carries her within his arms and turns her around shouting "she is my wife now".

After a long morning, they had their reception held late in the evening. The husband and wife stood on stage welcoming the guests with huge smile for pictures and gathered huge number of blessings.

As the day ended, both were pushed to the room for their first night together but all they asked each other was "Can we finally sleep without having a need to wake up early in order to not get caught?" Both concluded with an "yes" and went to sleep after a long day into each other's arms to wake up next to each other with a "goodmorning kiss"
