Loneliness feels like

So it's better whenever you feel you are at your worst place and don't want to be happy again just try to get out of that place to feel alive again.

Just thinking that every day is new beginnings and living in the past doesn't give happiness or won't change anything, so it's better to live in the present with optimism to make our future better.
