BROTHER’S KEEPER: A POETIC JOURNEY OF UNITY AND COMPASSION
In the grand design of time and space, Where souls are woven into place, We walk not lone, nor stand apart, But bound by love in hand and heart.
A brother’s cry, a sister’s plea, Echoes deep in destiny. For when one falters, stumbles low, A hand must reach, a kindness show.
Not flesh alone defines the tie, Nor blood, nor name, nor kindred’s eye. But how we stand when darkness calls, How we rise when another falls.
The weary traveler on the road, Bent beneath his heavy load, Is he not ours? Is he not kin? Do we not share the world within?
Not measured gold nor silver’s sheen, But hearts unchained, both pure and keen, Shall mark the ones who understand That love is more than just a hand.
So when you see a shadow cast, A friend in need, a soul downcast, Do not turn nor look away, Be the light, be hope’s array.
For in the end, when all is past, And fleeting days have fled so fast, It is not wealth, nor might, nor pride, But love that stands the test of time.
So walk with grace, give what you may, Lend strength to those who lose their way. For in their eyes, your soul you’ll see, And know—your brother’s keeper be.
