What Happened in Lookism Chapter 545
Chapter 545 begins with Jaegyeon Na's betrayal, he declares that he is on Jinrang's side, instead of Allied. It was a big shock for everyone, but Daniel figured out what's actually happening. Then the chapter focused on the flashback, where many more things are revealed.
In the flashback; chairman Hong told little Daniel about Charles Choi's wealth, and their entire conversation was focused on this topic. Chairman Hong revealed how Diego Kang (James Lee) is the one who benefits the most, out of Charles Choi's death. And how his wealth is indirectly flowing into Diego Kang's pocket.
After hearing everything, Daniel's suspicion towards James Lee grew more, and he doubted there was something more going on. Daniel decides to not trust Diego Kang, and collects more information before taking any big action. After their meeting, DG (James Lee) messaged him & they met at the tailor shop. Everything followed after that.
Daniel came to Busan with other hidden motives to investigate more about James Lee, and talk with Jinrang. His main focus was to figure out what James Lee is actually playing. He met with other first generation King's & convinced them to came with them. The flashback reveals many things, and after the flashback is over, the main battle begins.
Jaegyeon Na started showing his true colours, and told Jinrang to surrender Busan to James Lee & revealed that he is working with James Lee. The conversation between Jinrang & Jaegyeon Na revealed there's something more that Jaegyeon Na is hiding, and the main reason he is working with James Lee.
Jinrang didn't surrendered to him, so the fight between them started. Jinrang was already exhausted, after fighting with others, and Jaegyeon Na took advantage of this situation. But before things become worse, Daniel Park stepped forward, and decided to stand with Jinrang's side. Jaegyeon Na was confident, Daniel alone can't stop him, but all the Allied members stepped forward.
