But you were unaware for time being only to realize you were experiencing the feeling of loving someone, wishing to stay together. The way someone stormed into your calm, peaceful life and unknowingly snatched your peace, gifting you restlessness, a new feeling that only you feel and they were unaware of.
The colours started emerging into the black and white canvas like life. Filling the void and spreading something electrifying and magical.
From nothing to your everything, that too out of nowhere, just randomly. It felt like everything was flipping 180°. In the morning you didn't know someone, and in the evening you feel restless just about not seeing them again. The hesitation to talk, the searching eyes, the restless heart and mind, the sneaking glances, and the reviewing of the area just to find them somewhere, the relief of finally finding them. The feeling of being so close yet so far away. The desire of them looking at you once, the envy towards the lucky people you talk to. The hope of being around you.
You knowing them thoroughly and them being your everything, but your existence yet to be a discovery, with no certainty and you being their nothing. The excitement to see them even for a second, to have a moment to share a few words, the fear of expressing and not having something beautiful blooming in the near future.Then suddenly they disappeared, leaving a void for you to fill that they had nothing to do. Everything is going in reverse; you're back to normal life before them. Leaving a beautiful, curious experience with you. A feeling that made everything tolerable and interesting.
Do you remember this feeling? I do. Whatever it was, it was harmless, just a true wish waiting to be fulfilled. Magical and beautiful. The restlessness then and calmness later. Maybe incomplete, one-sided, and secretive, thus a memory yet beautiful.
